Texan Arthur Simondet is set to join Jonny MacGregor to pilot the MacG Racing Ginetta G55 Supercup in the British Endurance Championship this season.
Coming from coaching at his local Austin circuit, Arthur started racing in Europe, followed the ARDS pipeline and licensing process, and since 2023 has raced in both C1 and CityCar series.
Jonny MacGregor is Technical Director of MacG Racing, a burgeoning motorsport parts, build and prep company based in Barrow upon Trent near Derby. The Ginetta they bought in 2023 for arrive-and-drive racing bears the familiar yellow and black colours that Britcar fans will instantly recognise from the unique 7-litre Taranis the team ran with us for a number of seasons since 2016.
