Team Dynamics Customer Racing are competing in a specially prepared the Audi TCR. The team are proud to be partnered with title sponsor Stockford Anderson and the car will be driven by Matthew Stockford and Alyn James.
The Audi TCR has had numerous modifications to allow Matthew to drive using a hand control method whilst still allowing full use of the pedals.
Matthew is no stranger to the competitive world of sport, but motorsport is a very recent venture. Mathew has had an extremely successful career in skiing. Winning not only world championships but multiple Winter Paralympic medals in Downhill, Giant slalom and Super G and has the honour of being called a Paralympian.
This competitive spirit brought him to the world of motorsport. 2022 was a season of track days and test events and then in 2023 he took the plunge into racing. After almost completing the season in Club Enduro he now wants a taste of the British Endurance Championship. Competing with other TCR cars at the same time as the quicker GT’s is a challenge Matthew is nervous but excited to be involved with.
Matthew will drive alongside Alyn James, who had his first ever race in 2011 at Silverstone on the Britcar grid. His time racing for Synchro Motorsport saw him compete over many seasons within Britcar and winning numerous Production Class championships. Over the past years he has stayed in Endurance racing, concentrating on 12hr and 24hr races across Europe in the Creventic Endurance Championship.
After a few years away from the BEC paddock but never far from the family of BEC competitors, both the team and Alyn are very excited to be back.
